PDPA Notice (Singapore Personal Data Protection Notice)

Purpose
This Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Notice explains how Arvian Design & Build Pte Ltd (‘Arvian’) collects, uses, discloses, stores and protects personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Personal Data We Collect
We may collect personal data including your name, contact number, email address, project address, renovation requirements, photographs, correspondence and any other information you voluntarily provide, including information submitted through our website enquiry forms, email, phone or WhatsApp.

Purpose of Collection
We collect personal data to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations and site visits, prepare quotations, provide interior design and renovation services, communicate project updates, issue invoices, comply with legal obligations and improve our services.

Consent
By providing your personal data or submitting an enquiry, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes described in this Notice, unless otherwise required by law.

Disclosure of Personal Data
Personal data may be disclosed to employees, subcontractors, suppliers, professional advisers, service providers or government authorities where reasonably necessary to provide our services or where required by law.

Protection of Personal Data
Arvian implements reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss.

Retention
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with applicable legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.

Access, Correction and Withdrawal of Consent
You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent for future collection, use or disclosure, subject to the PDPA and any legal or contractual restrictions.

Overseas Transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, Arvian will take reasonable steps to ensure that the receiving party provides a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.

We may use cookies, analytics tools, website plugins, security services and other third-party technologies to operate, secure, maintain and improve our website, understand website usage and provide relevant functionality.
